There's pages for this on fansites like gw2efficiency. Might be worth to keep a few on hand, though; they can't exactly be farmed.

Between the 2, pvp is a bit ahead gold/hour wise. Having said that, Pvp and wvw are not for gold farming. They do however give decent gold now (as opposed to years ago) if you already play and like these modes. magicNinjaAlien • 4 mo. ago. SPVP is more profitable then WvW by a slight margin.
